Prior to adopting your Shady Acres puppy, please read through this info to be best prepared.

All of our puppies come microchipped, as well as fully vaccinated and dewormed per age requirements. Puppies will have a full vet exam, accompanied by the health report below. Click on each photo below, to download the respective file.

Each family will be asked to fill out our contract, which can also be found below.
